I once read that photos in which there are no clear cut definitions to identify the subjects are those which are most striking to your audience. For a time, I wasn't entirely sure if that was true. As I began to experiment with the prospect of anonymous photos, I found that there are basically two purposes for photography. One is to preserve the memory of something that has already happened. The other is to allow those who weren't there to imagine themselves in that place and that time, not withholding emotion. If these two things are present, then my work is not done but simply is just beginning.
